Go glamping in Holland

Just east of Texel’s national park dunes, each yurt is about seven metres in diameter and kitted out with a wood-burning stove, a hammock and piles of sheepskin rugs to lounge on. It’s just steps to the sandy beaches, and the town of Oudeschild is within easy walking distance. Texel Island is two-and-a-half hours by car from the Hook of Holland (ferries from Den Helder on the mainland run every 30 minutes).
