Kids, pets and bikes go free to Holland for National Ferry Fortnight

Today is the start of National Ferry Fortnight (2 – 15 March 2015). To celebrate Stena Line is offering travellers the ultimate ferry freedom on its Harwich – Hook of Holland service. Perfect for families, passengers travelling by bike and those who travel with man’s best friend, holidaymakers can now enjoy free crossings for children, pets and bicycles – so a family of four with kids, bikes and a pet can travel for just £146 return, saving over £120. A family of four with a pet and a car can also travel from just £147 return, with a saving of £59.

 

This offer is valid on new bookings made between 2 and 15 March 2015, using the code FREE15 and is valid on travel until 31 December 2015.

 

Travelling with kids

Travelling with Stena Line is easy for those with children. Families can opt for a spacious family cabins and can enjoy a great night’s sleep in luxurious surroundings. There are lots of fantastic facilities onboard including an à-la-carte restaurant, a children’s play area, an onboard cinema, and even a basketball court. Travelling with pets has never been easier with Stena Line as passengers can book their pets into a special kennel onboard. The superferries also have a ‘kennel-cam’ onboard so holidaymakers can keep a close eye on their pet while they travel to Holland from the TV in their cabin. Holland is undoubtedly one of the most pet-friendly countries in Europe, with cafes, restaurants and hotels catering for those with four-legged friends.

Once onboard the luxurious superferries, passengers will be able to enjoy hotel-like facilities, including Swedish-designed Dux beds in the cabins. All the cabins have en-suite facilities, flat screen television and free WiFi internet access.

Stena Line offers twice-daily, seven hour return crossings between Harwich and the Hook of Holland. Return foot passenger fares for adults start from £73pp and a return crossing for two adults with a car start from £147.  Cabins start from £15 per person each way.
